The Role
You'll be our first dedicated artist, which means your work will define the visual identity of our games from the ground up.
You'll create characters, environments, props, and visual effects for 2D mobile games built in Unity. You'll work closely with our developers to make sure everything looks great and moves great. You'll help establish art direction, iterate on visual style, and ensure a consistent, polished look across every screen players touch.
We're looking for someone who can adapt across styles and bring strong creative instincts to a small team where your taste and decisions shape the final product.

- Proven experience creating 2D game art, characters, environments, props, and visual effects
- Strong animation skills (frame-by-frame, Spine, or similar skeletal tools) with a feel for timing, weight, and expressiveness
- Familiarity with Unity's 2D tools (Sprite Editor, Animation, Tilemap)
- Ability to work across different visual styles and adapt to the needs of each project
- Experience preparing and exporting game-ready assets for Unity (spritesheets, atlases, 9-slicing, resolution handling)
- Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback in a small, collaborative remote team
- A portfolio that shows range, craft, and attention to detail
