Role Overview

RAAH Technologies is looking for a Project Manager to support delivery across identity programs spanning IAM, IGA, CIAM, and PAM.

This is a delivery-focused role. The Project Manager is responsible for driving execution across client engagements, ensuring projects are structured, progressing, and aligned to agreed scope and timelines.

This role does not require hands-on technical implementation, but it does require the ability to operate in technical environments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain clarity in complex situations.

What This Role Is

This role is centered on delivery execution. The Project Manager is responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and visibility to engagements. This includes planning work, coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring issues are identified and resolved.

The Project Manager works closely with architects, engineers, analysts, and client stakeholders to keep work moving forward and aligned.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a solution architecture or engineering role. The Project Manager is not responsible for designing technical solutions or performing implementation work. It is also not a passive coordination role. The expectation is active ownership of delivery, not just tracking status.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution across one or more identity engagements
• Drive project planning, sequencing, and dependency management
• Lead internal and client-facing kickoff meetings
• Run delivery ceremonies including standups, working sessions, and steering calls
• Coordinate across architects, solution engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders
• Maintain clear and consistent status reporting, including progress, risks, issues, and upcoming work
• Track delivery against timeline and budget expectations
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation

• Control the entire project life cycle, track progress and milestones
• Lead team meetings and develop best practices
• Escalate blockers when needed and ensure resolution paths are clear
• Maintain RAID logs with clear ownership and follow-through
• Ensure client alignment, participation, and accountability throughout the engagement
• Drive project closeout, including completion of deliverables and internal retrospectives

• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Clear and confident communication
• Comfort operating in technical environments without needing to be the technical expert
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Calm and structured approach under pressure
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiar with Scrum methodologies

Preferred Experience (not required, but nice to have)

• Exposure to identity or security domains such as IAM, IGA, CIAM, or PAM
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Familiarity with project delivery tools or frameworks

RAAH delivers identity solutions across platforms including top platform vendors. Common engagements include application onboarding into identity platforms, identity lifecycle implementations, access governance workflows, CIAM login and registration systems, and identity migrations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $60,000 – $80,000 (Depending on experience)
