What will I be doing:

• Build and own a real-time web platform for performance monitoring
• Develop dashboards, audit logs, and control panels
• Create deep Slack integrations for alerts, approvals, and workflows
• Enable natural language analytics powered by LLMs

• Design UI that explains AI decisions clearly

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years building full-stack applications
• Strong with React + TypeScript and Python or Node.js
• Product-minded with a focus on UX and clarity
• Able to simplify and present complex data effectively
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset
