JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and mentor an SEO team, setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with our company's objectives.
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for our brand keywords.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
- Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate with the web development team to ensure website optimization.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep the team informed and our strategies effective.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive online presence that protects against competitive threats, including phishing sites.
- Manage and optimize local and international SEO efforts to target and engage our diverse audience effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Knowledge and experience work
- A solid background in SEO
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in an SEO leadership role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to relocate to one of the SEA countries.
- Be able to work independently.
- Proven experience in leading an SEO team with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and the ability to extract and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to overcome ranking issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving set goals.
