Junior Business Analyst (Fresher)
📍 Location: Remote (Europe Region)
🌍 Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in European countries

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories
- Support process mapping and improvement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders across different European regions
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback collection
- Analyze data trends and prepare reports for decision-making
- Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, etc.)
- Maintain project documentation using collaboration tools
