Nest Navigate is building a platform focused on improving homebuyer readiness before it reaches lenders and financial products, helping convert early interest into more qualified, high-intent buyers.
We’re live, generating revenue, and actively working with partners. The platform combines structured education, behavioral engagement, and data to improve outcomes across the homebuying journey.
We’re now expanding our engineering team to accelerate product development and scale the platform.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Full Stack Developer who will work directly with leadership and product to build and improve core features of the Nest Navigate platform.
You’ll be involved across both frontend and backend development, contributing to user experience, performance, and system architecture. This is a hands-on role where speed, ownership, and execution matter.
Compensation
This role starts at 15–20 hours per week with meaningful early equity and is designed to transition into a full-time paid role with expanded ownership as the company scales.
What You’ll Work On
• Build and iterate on frontend experiences using React
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python
• Improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability
• Integrate analytics and user behavior tracking

• Work closely with product and design to ship features quickly
• Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform scales

Tech Stack (Current + Direction)
• Frontend: React
• Backend: Node.js / Python (evolving)
• Tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot (transitioning to dedicated backend + database)
• Infrastructure: Lightweight, evolving toward scalable architecture
Qualifications
• Experience building full stack applications (React + Node.js or Python)
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and system design
• Ability to ship quickly and iterate in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working with evolving architecture
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
