You will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across direct-to-consumer and B2B2C channels, guiding initiatives that increase customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. This position combines high-level strategy with operational execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including ecommerce, creative, UX, analytics, and sales. You will influence brand positioning, lead campaign optimization, and shape the marketing roadmap to maximize performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about building innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. This is a fully remote role within the United States, requiring alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Accountabilities
- Own and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the HSA platform across consumer and partner channels to drive growth and revenue
- Lead planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and partner activations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Partner with B2B and B2B2C teams to design co-branded campaigns, activation strategies, and enablement materials that drive engagement and revenue
- Shape brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the platform in a competitive market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Provide creative and content direction for digital media, email campaigns, landing pages, and partner materials, balancing brand integrity with performance goals
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, analyze campaign performance and customer insights, and foster a test-and-learn culture for continuous optimization
- Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM, product, analytics, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals and deliver actionable insights to leadership

- 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, ecommerce, or digital growth roles
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable revenue impact
- Experience across both direct-to-consumer and B2B2C business models
- Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, digital acquisition, and performance optimization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to influence across teams
- Comfortable leading both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
- Discretionary annual bonus eligibility: up to 20%
