We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic decision-making through AI-enabled analytics and actionable insights. In this role, you will design and operate product intelligence systems, lead root-cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement cycles that enhance growth, retention, forecast accuracy, and product quality. You will collaborate across Finance, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to transform data into high-impact decisions. Accountabilities

• Own KPI architecture, including definitions, lineage, SLAs, and decision-use cases, leveraging AI-assisted metric validation.
• Instrument, monitor, and operationalize leading indicators such as activation, adoption, time-to-value, and quality metrics.
• Lead structured root-cause analyses using Six Sigma, statistical methods, and AI-assisted pattern detection.
• Drive closed-loop improvement cycles to translate insights into actionable process and product enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to support revenue modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build decision-oriented dashboards, define measurement plans for experiments, and automate analytics workflows using BI and AI tools.
• Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks, reliability issues, and process inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
• Validate data sources, instrumentation, and telemetry to ensure accuracy, AI readiness, and KPI alignment.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, BizOps, RevOps, or FP&A analytics (or equivalent impact).
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience in semantic layers.
• Advanced BI expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Proven leadership in conducting root-cause analyses and implementing cross-functional corrective actions.
• Experience with process improvement or engineering methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen); Green Belt strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Preferred: familiarity with experimentation platforms, product instrumentation tools, AI-assisted analytics, and reliability metrics.
