Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (PowerBI + Tableau)

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnered with a large, PE-backed healthcare services organization on a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst search supporting high-impact clinical and operational reporting initiatives.

This is a PowerBI first, stakeholder-facing BI role supporting one of the organization’s largest revenue-generating service lines. The position offers strong visibility, meaningful work, and a clear growth trajectory within a stable, mission-driven platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, enhance, and maintain PowerBI dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Translate business and leadership requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions
• Modernize and convert reports from legacy platforms into PowerBI and Tableau
• Deliver executive-ready insights to non-technical audiences
• Create interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI-driven visualizations

• Own publishing, refresh schedules, QA, and continuous improvements
• Work with large EMR/EHR-derived datasets (engineering team supports pipelines)
• Partner closely with analytics leadership and data engineering teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of BI, analytics, or reporting experience
• Strong PowerBI development experience (front-end focused)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable partnering with business and leadership stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, CS, or a related field

Location & Compensation

• Fully remote
• EST or CST work hours required
• Total compensation range: $90,000–$120,000
