Product-Focused Full Stack Engineer

📍 Location: Farringdon, London (in-person, 5 days/week)

💰 Salary:£90K – £130K + equity

We’re looking for product-focused full stack builders with strong TypeScript (Next.js/NestJS) who can turn ambiguous problems into shipped systems. You’ll own features end-to-end alongside ex-DeepMind early engineers, in a fast moving, early-stage startup.

The role

We are looking for a product-focused Fullstack Engineer (~3+ years of experience) to join our team.

We are seeking smart, motivated, high-agency individuals who can take our initial product and elevate it into a market-leading solution.

This hire is crucial:

we have many high-impact ideas, but not enough bandwidth to execute them all.

We need people who can own ideas end-to-end, from customer conversation to shipment.

What will you be doing?

• Take ownership of ideas, engage in customer conversations (including on-site visits), and ship full-stack features that solve real enterprise pain points
• Work end-to-end on product development, from architecture design to UI, making smart technical trade-offs to optimize for impact
• Build, test, and iterate quickly based on user feedback in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate in a flat, dynamic team, working on the most impactful projects in 6-week cycles
• Help invent new paradigms for AI-powered software in the industrial inspection space
