Job Description
For a client, a 1000-people-strong, B2B SaaS fintech company, PlugandPlay Talent is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their growing team.
🚀 Why This Role is Exciting
This is not a “set it and forget it” marketing role. You’ll be the person behind the engine — shaping how prospects move through the funnel, improving how marketing and sales work together, and constantly testing what drives better results. If you enjoy mixing creativity with data and systems, this is where you’ll thrive.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Build out sophisticated marketing journeys that guide prospects from first touch all the way through to conversion
- Create the logic behind campaigns — defining audiences, behaviors, and scoring that determine how leads move through the funnel
- Take ownership of campaigns from idea to execution to performance review, continuously refining what works
- Keep marketing and CRM systems tightly connected so data flows cleanly and reporting actually makes sense
- Step in to debug and fix issues when automations or integrations aren’t behaving as expected
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to make sure leads are prioritized and routed in a way that drives revenue
- Develop high-converting landing pages and forms, and continuously improve them based on performance
- Tweak and build email and page layouts using HTML/CSS when needed
- Use data and dashboards to understand what’s working — and more importantly, what’s not
- Run ongoing experiments to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
