Job Description


Another new Director of Product Management role!


This isn’t one of those Director roles where you’re managing a team and sitting above the work; it’s actually more like a Principal PM-level type role (very hands-on).


I’m working with a mission-driven (senior care) marketplace B2B2C business to help them make the right hire that will help them expand their offering to the market.


The brief is to come in and own the strategy and execution of their B2B product offering (one of their biggest bets and growth areas for the business).


Not everything is defined, and there are lots of opportunities to shape direction and provide commercial impact if you get it right!


Day to day, there will be a mix of:


  • Strategy – speaking to customers, running research, validating what actually matters before building anything.
  • Execution – in the weeds with engineering, stand-ups, pushing features forward, writing specs, iterating on prototypes.
  • Stakeholders – working across the business, figuring out where the gaps are, what’s worth prioritising, and what will actually move the needle commercially.


We need someone who:


  • Has 8+ years of Product Management experience, with strong experience driving consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Has successfully taken multiple products 0-1 (taken products through ideation to market).
  • Understands Marketplace or HealthTech dynamics and the complexities that come with the territory.
  • Is very comfortable operating in that B2B2C grey area where trade-offs are constant.
  • Primarily operates as a high-level IC and is capable of leading another PM.
  • Has adapted the product craft to incorporate the likes of Claude Code, Prototyping into their day-to-day operations as a product professional.


Compensation – $180,000 – $215,000 base salary + 30% bonus.


This is a remote role (US only and ideally Eastern or Central timezones).
