- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems and components
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test mechanical, structural, and avionics systems
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in technical records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely aircraft turnaround

- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Aviation Technology, or related technical field
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent regulatory certification is preferred
- Currently working towards AME certification, examination, or nearing completion of logbooks preferred
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO) environments is a must.
- Experience with Dash 8 Q300 / Q400, CRJ Series, or Boeing 737 Classic aircraft is a must
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking software such as TRAX, AMOS, or Quantum Control
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and avionics test equipment
- Strong grasp of airworthiness regulations including FAA Part 145, EASA Part-145, or Transport Canada standards
- Able to work morning or afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday
- Willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta
- Able to provide 2–3 professional references is a must
