Team Lead (f/m/x) Field Onsite IT Support
Your responsibilities
At Sysmex Europe, we’re seeking an experienced Team Lead (f/m/x) Field Onsite IT Support to lead a team of field-based IT support specialists delivering onsite hardware, networking, AV, and endpoint services. You'll own SLAs, performance, team training, and workforce planning—driving exceptional user experience across multiple locations in EMEA. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead Field Support Operations across multiple sites: coordinate onsite support staff, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Deliver Hands-On Technical Support: hardware setup, break/fix, AV systems, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Improve Support Processes: define IT Onsite support process by document SOPs, build knowledge base content, and streamline onsite workflows for efficiency
- Asset & Inventory Management: oversee IT hardware lifecycle, stock levels, site logistics, and tool availability
- Own SLAs & Escalations: manage support queues, prioritize critical issues, and drive resolution in coordination with remote and backend teams
- Hardware Procurement: Support our Market Basket project for EMEA to define process and workflow for our End-user’s hardware ordering

Your profile
You are a great fit if you bring hands-on technical expertise, a structured and service-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate onsite IT operations across multiple locations. Ideally, you have:
- 5+ years in IT support, with at least 2-year leading field or onsite teams
- Strong technical know-how: laptops/desktops, printers, M365, AD, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, mobile devices
- Hands-on AV support experience (meeting rooms, hybrid setups, Modern Workplace, conferencing tools)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
