The role
This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for a senior specialist who treats every account like their own brand, someone who wakes up thinking about the accounts they manage, questions the brief, challenges assumptions, and finds the angle nobody else spotted. You'll be embedded in client strategies across B2B and B2C, owning paid media end-to-end while contributing meaningfully to the broader team's thinking.

What you'll do
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, across both B2B and B2C clients, with full ownership over performance outcomes.
- Go beyond task execution, proactively identify growth opportunities, spot inefficiencies, and bring strategic recommendations before anyone has to ask.
- Write sharp, compelling ad copy and contribute to organic content strategy with the same creative rigour.
- Own tracking setups end-to-end: pixel implementation, conversion event QA, UTM architecture, and tag management, you understand where the data comes from and why it matters.
- Translate data into clear, actionable reports for senior stakeholders, no data dumps, just insight that drives decisions.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, AI-driven ad tools, and the evolving way audiences discover and engage with brands, and bring those learnings back to the team.
- Collaborate openly, share knowledge generously, and bring energy that lifts the whole team.

What you bring
- Paid media mastery: 5+ years running paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You know what good looks like and you push past it.
- Tracking expertise: You set up, audit, and troubleshoot tracking without needing a developer to hold your hand. GTM, GA4, pixel events, fluent.
- Strategic instinct: You see the funnel, the audience, the moment, not just the ad. You ask "why" before you ask "how much budget."
- Copywriting with purpose: You write ads/organic content that earn the click, and stops thumbs. You also understand organic content and what makes audiences actually stop scrolling.
- Reporting that drives action: You don't send charts, you send clarity. Insights, recommendations, and a point of view on what to do next.
- A yes-can-do energy: Challenges don't stop you, they start you. You're collaborative, curious, and always looking for a better way to achieve objectives, and learn new things.
