Unreal Engine Developer (PC Game Development)

We are currently looking for individuals to join our team for the position of Unreal Engine Developer.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in working with Unreal Engine
• Experience in team-based development environments
• Experience across multiple game development disciplines, including gameplay systems, animation programming, and UI development
• Ability to perform code optimization

• Adeptness in implementing game mechanics using Blueprints and C++
• Experience writing code suitable for multiplayer and replication structures

• Knowledge of build pipelines, packaging, and platform optimization
• A genuine interest in gaming and an awareness of current industry trends

Work Setup & Compensation Details:

• This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere comfortably.
• The role begins with a 2-month trial period, during which we evaluate mutual fit — both for you and for us. We want to make sure this is the right opportunity for everyone involved.
• Upon successful completion of the trial period, compensation will be processed internationally via our Dubai-based entity. To facilitate smooth and reliable payments, candidates will be required to establish a sole proprietorship or equivalent business structure in their country. This is a straightforward process in most regions and is a standard practice for international remote compensation arrangements — our team will be happy to guide you through it.
