About The Role

As part of the Technology & Operations team, the Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced web applications that support our business and operational objectives. The role involves working on both new and existing enterprise web solutions, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, system analysts, and operational teams to deliver seamless digital solutions that enhance our logistics processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment, with potential for relocation to Dubai or Oman after successful completion of the probation period.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, demonstrating proficiency in frameworks such as React, Laravel, and React Native. A strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related mobile/web technologies is essential. Experience with databases, version control tools like Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is required. Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX best practices, and DevOps concepts like CI/CD and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean. Familiarity with system testing, automated testing, and OCR frameworks will be advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, is necessary. Candidates must also demonstrate problem-solving skills in operational environments and an interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and research to solve complex business challenges.

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that support business and operational goals, adhering to best practices for performance and quality.
• Collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure consistency in design, usability, and functionality across all platforms.
• Document product specifications, project details, and technical procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
