About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our core business and operational functions. Your work will involve creating innovative web solutions, automating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to transforming logistics operations through digital innovation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development, a keen interest in automation and artificial intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Initially, the role is based remotely from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period of approximately 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP frameworks, and related technologies.
• Experience working with databases, version control systems such as Git or SVN, and web servers like Apache or Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving skills within operational environments and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Fundamental knowledge of UI/UX best practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with system testing, automated testing, and OCR frameworks is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman post-probation, with adaptability to Middle Eastern work environments and onsite collaboration with depot and yard teams.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure consistency and quality in the visual and functional aspects of web applications.
• Document technical specifications, user stories, and project updates for ongoing reference and knowledge sharing.
