Compensation: Independent Contractor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000 – $3,000 USD per month (based on experience and performance)

Setting: Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

The Role

As an Email Designer at Grow Pronto, you will be responsible for designing high-converting email campaigns and flows for DTC brands.

Your main responsibility is to bring strategy and copy to life through clean, aesthetic, and conversion-focused design. You will work closely with your Account Manager and Copywriter to ensure all emails are visually strong, on-brand, and delivered on time.

You will also be responsible for maintaining speed, quality, and organization across multiple client accounts. This includes handling revisions quickly, keeping Figma files clean and structured, and ensuring every design meets our quality standards before submission.

This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistency are critical.

Who’s a Great Fit:

✓ You have 1+ years of experience designing marketing emails (preferably for eCommerce/DTC brands)

✓ You are highly proficient in Figma and understand design systems and reusable components

✓ You have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, spacing, and modern design

✓ You can work quickly without sacrificing quality

✓ You are responsive, reliable, and communicate clearly with your team

✓ You can manage multiple brands and stay organized without needing reminders

✓ You can work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with minimal interruptions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design email campaigns and flows that are on-brand, visually strong, and conversion-focused

• Create 6–8 email designs per day (primarily campaigns)

• Complete revisions quickly (standard: within 24 hours, urgent: within a few hours)

• Ensure all designs pass quality control (spacing, alignment, hierarchy, accuracy) before submission

• Maintain clean and organized Figma files for each client

• Create and maintain reusable design components (buttons, headers, layouts, etc.)

• Collaborate closely with your Account Manager and Copywriter to execute campaigns effectively

• Stay active in Slack and respond within 15–20 minutes during working hours
