We’re supporting a successful and rapidly growing data center owner’s rep delivering large‑scale, ground‑up mission‑critical projects across the U.S. As demand for AI, cloud, and hyperscale environments accelerates, the team is expanding and hiring experienced leaders for long‑term development programs.
This role is ideal for someone with ground‑up data center construction experience who wants to move into an owner‑side development position with broader visibility, predictable planning cycles, and influence from concept through delivery.

- Lead development, design, preconstruction, and construction execution on major data center projects
- Manage multi‑phase campus schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, design partners, contractors, commissioning teams, and vendors
- Support entitlement/permitting, procurement, and change management
- Represent the owner’s rep in OAC meetings and partner reviews
- Help shape master planning, delivery processes, and long‑term program strategy

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of ground‑up data center construction experience (required)
- Strong background with GC or mission‑critical projects (MEP‑heavy)
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, design teams, and multi‑phase builds
- Ability to be on‑site (travel or relocation support available)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
