About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with a strong background in AI-driven SEO methodologies to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth SEO research, performing comprehensive website audits, and implementing advanced SEO strategies that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. Your primary focus will be on optimizing website architecture, content, and technical elements to improve organic search rankings and visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven SEO campaigns, stay ahead of industry trends, and experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance our clients’ digital presence. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of all SEO best practices, including site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, and link building.
• Experience implementing AI-based SEO strategies, including keyword clustering, content optimization, and search intent analysis using machine learning or NLP tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to enhance SEO workflows from content ideation to technical audits.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and tools to scale SEO performance.
• Hands-on experience with SEO crawling and auditing tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency in rank tracking and competitive analysis tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or WebCEO.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of web copywriting and web design related to SEO functionality.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and a desire to stay current in the SEO industry.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive SEO audits for client websites, identify issues, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to discover keyword opportunities, optimize content, and enhance topical authority.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and prioritize based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior.
• Create and optimize technical SEO elements such as 301 redirects, sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data.
• Collaborate on technical SEO innovations, including schema markup, entity-based SEO, and internal linking strategies.
• Monitor and improve website performance through code upgrades, server optimizations, and site speed enhancements.
• Experiment with new AI-based methodologies, automation workflows, and predictive analytics for ongoing SEO improvement.
• Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve clients’ visibility in local search results.
• Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to understand user behavior and optimize conversions.
• Perform technical SEO analysis post-training to identify errors and implement corrective actions.
