We are seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our executive leadership team and help define and execute the long-term strategic direction of the company.
Role OverviewThe Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for shaping OmniQuant Capital’s corporate strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and building strategic partnerships within the global digital asset ecosystem. This role works closely with the CEO, investment team, and technology leadership to drive expansion across institutional crypto markets, quantitative trading, and Web3 infrastructure.
This is a high-impact executive position suited for leaders with strong experience in crypto markets, fintech strategy, venture investments, or quantitative trading environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Define and lead the company’s long-term strategic roadmap across digital asset investment, quantitative trading, and Web3 infrastructure.
- Identify emerging opportunities in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and institutional crypto markets.
- Translate macro market trends into actionable business strategies.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Establish strategic partnerships with exchanges, liquidity providers, institutional investors, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Identify M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Expand global market presence through partnerships and ecosystem alliances.

Market Intelligence & Research
- Lead strategic research into crypto market structure, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.

Executive Collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align company objectives and execution plans.
- Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and strategic communications.
Growth & Expansion
- Develop initiatives that scale OmniQuant Capital’s investment capabilities and institutional partnerships.
- Identify new verticals including asset management products, digital asset infrastructure, and AI-driven quantitative strategies.
Required Experience
- 8–15+ years of experience in strategy, investment, fintech, or digital asset markets.
- Prior leadership experience in crypto, hedge funds, quantitative trading firms, or venture capital.
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and digital asset market structure.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, partnerships, and business expansion.
