The Network Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting network and security infrastructure across a multi-site environment.
This position focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and security while helping evolve and mature the organization’s overall network capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies
- Manage and support Cisco Meraki environments (MX security appliances, MS switches, VLANs, VPNs, etc.)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, security, and performance issues
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to assess needs and implement solutions
- Support network security efforts including access controls, policies, and incident response
- Work with service providers and internal teams to maintain uptime and performance
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standards
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in network design, monitoring, and security practices
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking (MX, MS, dashboards, etc.)
- Experience supporting multi-site or distributed network environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, VLANs)
- Experience troubleshooting network and connectivity issues in real-world environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
