Job Description


Role: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Fully Remote - CST hours

Compensation: $24.70/hour

Shift Time: Wednesday-Saturday, either 7am-4pm or 11am-7pm


Note: This is a contract role




Basic Qualifications

- Experience working in a sales or sales support role

- Experience communicating results to operations and business leaders



Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within a high-growth technology company

- Experience with Salesforce, OBI, SQL, SharePoint, and Tableau

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin

- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities



Description

In this role, you will support local businesses that have applied to become delivery partners for a large technology company’s last‑mile delivery program. You will partner closely with Business Development Managers and Account Development Executives to guide applicants through the onboarding process, including completing web applications, verifying insurance, and validating delivery locations.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with applicants, small business owners, and prospective delivery partners
  • Communicate 1:1 with applicants via phone and email to provide guidance and support
  • Set clear expectations to ensure applicants are positioned for long‑term success
  • Track and monitor applicants throughout the vetting and onboarding pipeline
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity updates in Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot application issues and submit technical tickets to internal technology partners for resolution
