Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Head of Marketing with deep UAE real estate experience to lead brand building, performance marketing, and revenue-driven campaigns.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the marketing vision, elevating the company’s boutique brand positioning, scaling demand generation, and aligning marketing execution with sales and overall business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy
• Build, position, and protect a premium boutique brand identity in the Dubai real estate market
• Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team and external partners
• Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to drive revenue and market presence
• Own marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI accountability

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
• Drive high-quality, conversion-focused lead generation across digital channels, portals, and offline initiatives
• Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic campaigns, and property portals
• Ensure CRM integration, lead attribution, and funnel optimisation
• Track and optimise CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversion performance
Brand, Content & Positioning
• Own brand messaging across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, PR, events)
• Lead content strategy including thought leadership, project launches, and storytelling
• Ensure consistent, premium brand execution across all customer touchpoints

Developer & Campaign Management
• Manage relationships with developers and strategic partners
• Lead go-to-market strategies for off-plan and secondary market launches
• Oversee agencies, media buyers, designers, videographers, and production partners
Reporting, Insights & Market Intelligence
• Deliver executive-level dashboards and marketing reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign benchmarks
• Translate insights into strategic improvements and growth initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in UAE real estate (mandatory)
