Senior Java Full‑Stack Developer

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week on-site in Lisbon

🗣 Required languages:

• English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
• French: Minimum B2 level (preferred) – French‑speaking profiles will be prioritized

✅ Eligibility: Candidates must already be based in Portugal and hold a valid Portuguese work permit

Profile Sought

We are looking for Senior Full‑Stack Developers with strong expertise in Java, modern front‑end technologies, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to work within Agile teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

✅ Mandatory Requirements (non‑negotiable)

• 5 years of experience in full‑stack or backend development
• Proven experience with enterprise‑level applications and distributed systems

✅ Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, REST API development, Maven, Tomcat, Kafka
• Frontend: JavaScript & TypeScript, Angular, HTML
• DevOps / Tools: GitLab (repositories & CI/CD pipelines), Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, IntelliJ IDEA
• Databases: Oracle 19c, PostgreSQL

✅ Softskills:

• Proactivity and strong ownership
• Excellent communication and alert/issue escalation skills
