The Senior HR Business Partner works closely with the HR Director to drive end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and learning & development, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local regulations. The role partners with management to execute HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support talent
