🔥 HOT CONTRACT ROLE – Technical Delivery Manager (Government) 🔥
Please note: This is NOT a project manager role, We are not looking for a project manager - you will be working closely with Project Managers.
Strong Software Development experience/coding experience a MUST in this role. 10% coding is required. 90% Solution Design.
📍 Sydney CBD (3 days onsite) OR 💻 100% Remote across Australia
💰 $1000–$1200/day (incl. super)
📅 12-month contract (extensions up to 3 years)

We’re partnering with a leading government organisation to hire a Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital applications. This is a high-impact role shaping large-scale transformation programs.
💡 What you’ll be doing:

– Lead full lifecycle technical delivery across digital programs
– Manage resourcing, risks, schedules & releases
– Oversee data migration & enterprise system changes
– Collaborate with PMs, tech leads & vendors
✅ Key requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in .NET development
• 2 years’ experience in similar roles
• Experience in developing solution (solution design) for complex enterprise IT landscape in both on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructure, Solution Design
• Competency in technical project management
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to a multi-functional team
• Experience in progress reporting, change governance and risk management
• Experience in managing IT partner/vendors
