About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on an hourly contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of analysts focused on creating business-centric content that enhances AI models. Your leadership will ensure that the team produces accurate, logically consistent, and project-aligned outputs. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational management skills, a keen eye for quality assurance, and domain expertise relevant to MBA-related fields such as finance, economics, or policy. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely within a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to cutting-edge AI projects without prior AI experience being a barrier to entry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of team management experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-specific projects.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and ensure alignment with project goals.
