Data Analytics Engineer

Denver, CO (On-site / Relocation Supported)

We’re looking for a high-impact Data Analytics Engineer who wants real ownership in their craft. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, partnering directly with business leaders to build scalable data models, pipelines, and insights that drive decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the design and development of data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Build and optimize scalable data models powering reporting and analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Standardize data across systems (finance, CRM, marketing, etc.) into clean, usable models
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reporting
  • Drive data quality, governance, and best practices


What You Bring

  • 2–7 years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or similar
  • Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
  • Experience with ETL and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with dbt (or strong interest in mastering it)
  • Confidence owning projects and driving outcomes independently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
