Job Description
At Thesis Elements, we are focused on helping organisations simplify complexity and operate more effectively through modern, scalable software solutions. Our platform is designed to simplify and modernise the student journey for mid-market institutions across the US and Canada. We go beyond traditional SIS providers bringing together a team of collaborators, problem-solvers, and change-makers focused on delivering real impact. Our mission is simple: enable institutions to focus on what matters most: their students. As a growing, international organisation, we combine deep domain expertise with a collaborative, people-first culture. We believe that great outcomes come from empowered teams, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful, lasting impact.
We’re looking for a QA Analyst who cares about quality as much as we do. Someone who takes pride in breaking things so our users never have to. In this role, you’ll be testing high-performance, scalable web applications that are used in real-world, high-demand environments. Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll take ownership of validating new features, hunting down bugs, and ensuring every release meets a high standard. You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering to embed quality across the entire SDLC, and partner with Product to shape requirements, improve consistency, and elevate the overall user experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving Agile team where your input genuinely influences the product.
We’re also investing in the future of QA, giving you the chance to work with emerging technologies like AI and automation to improve how we test and deliver software. If you’re someone who’s detail-driven, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to test and improve systems, you’ll fit right in
