Day to day:
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Tableau Analyst to support their Revenue Operations as the organization modernizes its reporting environment and transitions to Tableau dashboards. This analyst will design and build end‑to‑end Tableau solutions that transform complex healthcare and revenue cycle data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical business partners. On a day‑to‑day basis, the role involves meeting with stakeholders to understand their workflows, reporting pain points, and decision‑making needs, then translating those requirements into intuitive dashboard designs and well‑defined metrics. The analyst will review SQL tables, views, stored procedures, and SSIS packages to understand data flow and metric logic, identify issues, and partner with database and backend teams to resolve them. This role works closely with analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver dashboards from concept to production, incorporate feedback, provide user support, and maintain documentation to ensure reliable, trusted reporting.
