Job Description


We're looking for an infrastructure leader to step in for a focused 3-month engagement and take full ownership of our infrastructure function. This isn't a caretaker role โ€” it's a mandate to assess, restructure, and set a clear path forward.


You will conduct a full assessment of our current infrastructure environment across networking, cloud, on-prem, security, and operations. Evaluating the existing team โ€” identify who needs upskilling, where we need stronger talent, and where there are gaps that need filled, etc. You will build and begin executing a roadmap for remediation, hiring, and capability uplift. Make recommendations on tooling, architecture, and operational maturity. Establish or improve standards, documentation, and runbooks so improvements stick beyond your tenure. You will be reporting directly to senior leadership with honest, actionable findings.


Ideally we need someone with significant experience leading infrastructure teams, ideally in environments that needed turning around or scaling up. Deep knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack โ€” Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related tooling is a major plus. A track record of assessing team capability and making clear-eyed decisions about structure and talent. Experience operating as an interim, consultant, or transformation lead is a plus.

They'll need someone who's fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship / visa (cannot support H-1B visa).
