LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage tasks around two key projects:
a) The Apply Digital Website
- Lead 3x/week standups and stay on top of development tasks
- Lead all scrum rituals
- Set up and facilitate grooming sessions
- Facilitate team retrospectives
- Ensure that the backlog is clear and prioritized
- Coordinate release plans for website releases
- Support with website/CMS updates when needed, including pushing to Preview and Production
- Add bugs and tickets to the Jira board

- Coordinate with the design team to get updated designs when needed
- Manage website resources on the tracker and request contractors when necessary
b) General Marketing
- Lead standups 3x/week and stay on top of the marketing team’s tasks and activities
- Keep task board (On Notion) organized and up to date with delivery dates, deadlines and progress
- Coordinate team budgets, payments, and expenses
- Manage marketing resources on the project tracker and request contractors when necessary
- Keep the marketing knowledge base (On Notion) up to date and add new information as required
- Schedule and coordinate monthly learning sessions for the marketing team
- Plan social events and team bonding activities
- Report marketing team updates at weekly project status meetings
- Create and enforce processes for the marketing team
- Annual deliverable, budget and resource planning
- Facilitate Team retrospectives
- Support the Head of marketing with other requests as needed
2. Act as a primary point of contact between the marketing teams and other team members
3. Manage cross-functional teams including Strategy, Design, Copy, Dev, QA and Data.
4. Foster a one-team mindset, actively monitor and report team morale.
5. Identify and manage risks that would impact project delivery and proactively resolve issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills
- University level degree in a related field like project management, business, marketing, or communications is preferred
- 4-5 years of experience with supporting marketing-focused projects
