Junior DevOps Engineer
Fully Remote (must be UK based)
£40,000 - £50,000
We’re working with a growing technology-driven organisation looking to hire a Junior DevOps Engineer to support the development and operation of cloud-native applications in a modern Azure environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their DevOps career who wants to build hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, while working closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative team.
The Role
You’ll be supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines for applications built primarily in .Net and Angular.
Working alongside developers and senior engineers, you’ll help improve deployment processes, system reliability, and overall platform performance.

- Supporting CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Assisting with management and deployment of applications into Kubernetes environments
- Working with Azure services to provision and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Helping to monitor system performance, reliability, and availability
- Troubleshooting deployment and environment issues
- Collaborating with development teams to improve release processes
- Contributing to infrastructure-as-code and automation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Some hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also considered)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Basic understanding of containers (Docker) and interest in Kubernetes
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop DevOps skills in a real-world environment
