Senior Payroll Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Payroll Manager (Remote – LATAM)

💰 Salary: $5,000,000 COP / month

🌎 Location: Remote – LATAM

⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

💼 Job Type: Full-time

📌 What You’ll Do

🔹 Process end-to-end payroll across multiple entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness

🔹 Maintain and update payroll records (wages, deductions, benefits, and leave)

🔹 Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies

🔹 Manage payroll systems and ensure accurate data entry and integrations

🔹 Act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees

🔹 Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes

🔹 Generate payroll reports for finance, compliance, and leadership teams

🔹 Support internal or external payroll audits

🔹 Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll

🎯 Requirements

✅ Experience managing payroll in a multi-entity environment

✅ Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance

✅ Knowledge of employee benefits and leave entitlements

✅ Experience using payroll systems and payroll software

✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills

✔ Experience managing regional or multi-country payroll

✔ Experience in companies with 200+ employees

✔ Advanced Excel or payroll reporting skills

✔ Experience working with American companies

🎓 Qualifications

📚 Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

💼 2+ years of payroll experience

🌎 English level: C1 (Required)
