• Strategic Leadership: Partner with design and business leaders to develop robust customer/partner insights, heuristic analyses, and performance optimization strategies.

• Team Building: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing UX team. Balance short-term delivery with long-term career growth for your designers.

• Experience Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end UX lifecycle, from deep-dive research and ideation to testing, delivery, and iterative optimization.

• Proven Leader: You have a strong UX Design Leadership profile with a track record of managing large-scale projects and high-performing teams.
• Methodology Expert: You live and breathe Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, and Design Sprints.
• Craft Specialist: You have deep expertise in user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate complex insights into elegant, scalable digital journeys.
• Problem Solver: You possess a strong portfolio that showcases your "UX thinking"—moving beyond aesthetics to solve complex business problems.
  

• Experience: 10+ years in UX/Experience Design. (We will consider 8+ years for candidates coming from top-tier product companies with accelerated career growth).

• Background: Currently serving as a Lead or above (if coming from a Top Product company). Experience in Product-based companies (B2C) is highly preferred.
• Education: Design Graduate from a Tier-1 college (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS, or equivalent).
• Technical Breadth: Hands-on experience across the full UX lifecycle (Research → Ideation → Design → Testing → Delivery).
• Skills: Expertise in stakeholder management, leading workshops, and designing scalable digital ecosystems.
