We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to implement AI and agent-based systems into real-world business and product processes, reduce costs, and enhance team efficiency.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just “use AI,” but is ready to rethink processes and replace parts of manual work with AI-driven solutions, delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diving into different teams (art, development, marketing, product) to identify inefficiencies
- Formulating and validating hypotheses for process optimization using AI
- Designing and implementing agent-based solutions and pipelines (including multi-agent systems, RAG, and agent orchestration)
- Building automations at the intersection of AI and business tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Automating and partially or fully replacing manual operations
- Ensuring the adoption and sustainable usage of solutions within teams
- Delivering measurable results: reduced production time, lower costs, automation, or replacement of manual work
- Working in an internal AI-as-a-service model – supporting different teams and solving tasks end-to-end
- Independently driving solutions from idea to implementation and measurable impact

- Experience implementing AI/LLM/agent-based solutions in real-world processes
- Experience building pipelines or multi-agent systems, not just isolated tools
- Understanding of capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs and generative models (image, video, audio)
- Hands-on experience with AI provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and prompt engineering
- Understanding of architectures: RAG, function calling, agent systems, orchestration
- Experience building automations and integrations (no-code/low-code + coding when needed)
- Experience with visual content generation (e.g., ComfyUI, LoRA, generation pipelines)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.)
- Hands-on mindset — you build solutions yourself, not just manage the process
- Ability to quickly learn new domains and operate in uncertainty
- Strong process analysis skills: identifying bottlenecks and evaluating impact (ROI)
- Focus on results and business impact, not just technology
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in ambiguity and quickly ramp up in new domains
