Title: Product Manager – CRM, Martech & Consumer Growth (Healthcare)
Location: 100% Remote (Quarterly travel to Tampa required – candidate-covered)
Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months with intention to convert to FTE)

We’re hiring a high-impact Product Manager to lead the evolution of CRM and consumer growth platforms for a large healthcare organization. This is a high-visibility role directly supporting marketing, business development, and consumer experience initiatives—driving how patients discover, engage with, and access care.
What You’ll Own
You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, helping bring modern, consumer-grade engagement to healthcare.
CRM & Martech Platform Development
- Help build and scale CRM capabilities from the ground up (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce/Dynamics acceptable)
- Drive adoption and maturity of marketing technology platforms
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable solutions
Consumer Growth & Marketing Enablement
- Support top-of-funnel acquisition and engagement strategies
- Enable marketing campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and personalization
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into product improvements

Product Strategy & Stakeholder Advisory
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical product direction and roadmaps
- Provide guidance on feasibility, tradeoffs, and best path forward
Integration & Platform Ecosystem
- Support integration between CRM platforms and systems like Epic EHR
- Ensure seamless data flow across marketing, patient access, and digital platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of true Product Management experience (not project/program management)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics also relevant)
- Strong background in Martech / marketing platforms (campaigns, funnels, automation)
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital products
Core Capabilities
- Strong technical foundation (ideally former developer or highly technical PM)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps driven by data and analytics
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
