Hammer Media is the digital powerhouse behind Caleb Hammer and the hit show Financial Audit—one of the fastest-growing channels on the internet with over 3 billion views. To turn that massive reach into a lasting impact, we’ve launched Dollarwise, a financial health platform that gives users the actual tools they need to fix their money habits.

Together, we’re building an ecosystem where entertainment meets accountability, and we’re looking for a high-performance marketer to help us scale it.

About the Role

We aren't just looking for a channel manager; we are looking for a Growth Architect. This role is the bridge between our creative energy and technical distribution. You will sit at the center of a collaborative trifecta:

1. You (Growth Manager): You own the "always-on" strategy. You design the campaigns, create the assets (Canva/Copy), and ensure the funnels for acquisition, customer marketing, and cross-selling are firing 24/7
2. Head of Paid Media: Your technical partner. They take the "Launch Kits" you build and use their platform expertise (Meta, Google, YouTube) to amplify them for maximum ROI

3. Social Media Manager: The organic engine. You’ll work with them to identify which organic posts are going viral and turn that "lightning in a bottle" into scalable paid experiments

What You’ll Do:

• Full-Funnel Ownership: Design and execute campaigns for net-new acquisition, customer retention, and cross-selling between Hammer Media and Dollarwise
• Campaign Execution (Canva & Copy): We operate lean—no internal designer. You’ll use Canva to build high-converting assets and collaborate with our copywriter to ensure our brand voice hits
• Launch Kit Delivery: You provide the "Fuel." You deliver a complete package (creative, copy, CTAs, and budget) to the Head of Paid Media for execution
• Strategic Outsourcing: When we need long-form content or specialized creative beyond Canva, you’ll identify, vet, and manage external talent to get it done

• Data-Driven Experimentation: Run a relentless testing roadmap (A/B testing landing pages, offers, and flows) to lower CAC and grow LTV

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in Growth or Demand Gen, specifically within Fintech (Required). You understand how to market financial tools with trust and compliance
• Full-Stack Creator: You are dangerous in Canva and love the "hands-on" nature of building your own creative
• A-Player Mentality: You are highly analytical, obsessed with KPIs, and looking to grow into a Senior Growth role as we expand
• Collaborator: You know how to support channel owners by giving them exactly what they need to succeed
