Title: Full Stack Developer (PHP) - Contract
Location: 100% remote
Pay Rate: $50.00/hour
This is a temporary/contract role.
Our entertainment client in NYC is in search of a strong Full Stack Developer with deep PHP experience to support a short-term project. This role requires someone comfortable working across backend and frontend and confident navigating and extending complex applications.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain features in a custom MVC-style PHP application
- Work across the stack (backend + frontend) to deliver clean, scalable solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve existing systems
- Collaborate via Git workflows and pull requests

What You Bring
- Strong PHP (4+ years of experience) and MySQL experience
- Familiarity with MVC frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
- Experience with Docker / containerized environments
- Solid Git workflow knowledge (gitflow or similar)
- Frontend skills: ES6 JavaScript, HTML5, CSS (SASS is a plus)
- Comfortable working in Linux (CLI/Bash a plus)
- Ability to debug and extend complex systems independently
