Senior Software Engineer

We’re building a high-impact digital platform used at scale, and we’re looking for a Senior Engineer who wants to move fast and make a real difference.

A brief overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take ownership of meaningful, complex problems and turn them into working products quickly. You’ll operate in a small, highly autonomous team where engineers lead projects end-to-end. From architecture decisions to shipping features live, you are in control. Within your first week, you’ll already have your own work in production.

What we’re looking for

• You’re a senior engineer who can independently solve complex problems
• Strong engineering fundamentals (language-agnostic: TypeScript, Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, etc.)
• You’re proactive and maintain momentum; you build, iterate, and improve continuously
• You have a product mindset: you care about users, not just code
• You can balance “quick & pragmatic” vs. “robust & scalable”
• You’re comfortable in a startup or scale-up environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in fast-moving environments
• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems
• Experience with async processing, payments, or real-time data

What you’ll actually do

• Turn ambiguous product challenges into real, working solutions with measurable impact
• Own projects end-to-end: from idea to architecture to deployment
• Build across the full stack (roughly 50/50 frontend & backend)
• Work with modern technologies (cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, event streaming, databases, modern frontend frameworks)
• Balance speed vs. quality; knowing when to move fast and when to go deep
• Design pragmatic, secure systems without over-engineering
• Contribute to systems handling large-scale, near real-time data
• Collaborate closely with product and design, while leading your own projects

Interview process

• Intro call
• Technical interview (90 min): 30 mins coding (problem-solving & debugging), 30 mins system design (real-world problem) and 30 mins technical discussion
• Final interview
