What You Will Do
- Tool-supported planning data generation for routers, switches, and firewalls based on conceptual specifications.
- Firewall implementation and validation, including software installation, configuration, log file analysis, and feeding results back into the planning process.
- Bug ticket management through analysis, reproduction, and documentation of reported errors in IT network technology, with close collaboration across development, systems engineering, and quality assurance.
- Test case creation and execution derived from system requirements, alongside maintenance and further development of IT network and backbone infrastructures, as well as troubleshooting support.
- Advanced technical expertise in managing complex network infrastructures, configuring routers and switches (VLAN, VRF, BGP, OSPF, BFD, static routes using Cisco syntax), and analyzing architecture and system documentation for practical implementation.

- Degree in Aerospace or a related field
