You will need experience in the below:
AD and Entra Review
- Review the current Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Assess alignment with organisational roles, operating models, and security requirements.
- Design and document a future‑state AD structure that supports a changing organisational model.
- Address complexity caused by frequently changing organisational hierarchies (e.g. regions, districts, areas, stations).
- Prioritise role‑based access and functional alignment, rather than purely hierarchical structures.

- Act as the solution designer, producing clear, high‑quality design documentation.
- Support the implementation phase by providing advice on execution, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
- Identify opportunities to rationalise, clean up, or retire obsolete groups, structures, and configurations.
- Work closely with operational and technical stakeholders to develop an implementation plan that minimises user disruption.
- Coordinate activity alongside two parallel initiatives:
- A concurrent organisational structure change.
- A security programme reviewing and implementing access and use controls.
- Review existing logon scripts and supporting components.
- Identify and document required changes to support the new AD design and implementation.
