The Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in scaling the organization’s operations by guiding medical practices through the onboarding process onto the platform. This position ensures that practices integrate successfully and derive long-term value from the platform, contributing to improved client retention and satisfaction. The role impacts the organization's growth by supporting new client adoption, promoting platform features, and collaborating across teams to enhance client engagement strategies.



Responsibilities

  • Conduct registration calls to guide medical practices through onboarding and platform navigation
  • Set up and manage office accounts while maintaining strict data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Present new platform features to clients and activate them based on specific practice interests
  • Participate in special projects and collaborate with Account Management to optimize client engagement
  • Provide feedback on client performance and service improvements to support operational scaling efforts
  • Ensure a seamless transition for new clients to foster long-term platform adoption



Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in New Client Implementation or Onboarding
  • Professional experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, and Google Meet
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a high level of professional curiosity
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting



Compensation

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
