We’re looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes — someone who keeps campaigns organized, spots gaps before they become issues, and helps teams execute consistently at a high level.

If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and already have experience in email or digital marketing, this is a strong opportunity to deepen your skills in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Own

• Supporting the setup, scheduling, and coordination of email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Organizing campaign assets, contact lists, and audience segments
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing clear, accurate reports
• Maintaining SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation
• Monitoring return trends and organizing insights from data sources
• Handling community engagement across DMs, comments, and customer threads
• Supporting account managers with marketing updates and administrative tasks
• Researching competitor campaigns and identifying relevant trends

What Sets You Apart

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing, digital marketing support, or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with attention to accuracy and data
• Familiarity with email platforms and project management tools like Asana or ClickUp
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and effective while managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
• Bonus: exposure to SEO, PPC, or content-related work
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Personally owned laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
