🔵 About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Scrum Master to support software delivery teams in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience leading Scrum practices across software teams, facilitating delivery, removing blockers, and helping teams continuously improve.
You will work closely with engineering teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure Agile processes are followed effectively, sprint goals are achieved, and collaboration remains smooth across distributed teams.
🔵 Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint goals and delivery commitments
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization clarity, and smooth sprint execution
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, predictability, and delivery health
- Support team self-organization and encourage accountability and ownership
- Manage cross-team coordination and help resolve dependencies in multi-team environments
- Maintain and optimize Agile workflows, boards, and reporting within Jira
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across different functions and time zones
- Promote a healthy Agile culture that supports transparency, collaboration, and incremental delivery

🔵 Required Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) is required
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or technology teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in real delivery environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including boards, workflows, sprint tracking, and reporting
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to guide teams toward self-organization, improved delivery practices, and continuous improvement
