- Lead strategy and design for global and sub‑site navigation
- Develop and govern taxonomies, ontologies, metadata schemas, and data models
- Establish and maintain data and metadata governance programs
- Support systems of record, lineage mapping, and product data normalization
- Oversee tagging approaches, including auto‑tagging and ML‑assisted classification
- Collaborate across teams to align IA with digital, e‑commerce, and personalization goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing focused on navigation and findability
- Review analytics to identify and resolve content and data discoverability issues
- Provide IA and data architecture expertise across cross‑functional teams
- Support AI/ML initiatives such as semantic search, recommendations, and conversational systems

- Must have 'some' experience as an Information Architect in the retail apparel, outdoor apparel, or sporting goods industries.

- Strong communication skills with ability to influence technical and non‑technical partners.
- Experience aligning IA and metadata strategies with AI/ML and emerging technologies..
- Comfortable working in Agile, user‑centric environments.
