This role is 100% ONSITE in McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do
Within Test Solutions, you will be formulating test strategies and developing RF Test solutions to execute Integration, Verification and Validation on next generation test systems.
As the Principal RF Test Development Lead Engineer, you will be leading the efforts of designing test system architectures, as well as leading a test engineering team through the Integration, Validation and Verification of the test systems to be released into production. You will become a member of an integrated product team, inclusive of design, process, and test.
Please note that this is not a system level Test Development Engineer opportunity, but rather a test system architect opportunity centered around RF module/Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) production testing. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of implementation of classic RF transmitter and receiver parametric testing using Keysight PNA, RF PXI and/or NSI equipment.
- Lead the design, integration, verification, and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF CCAs, antenna subassemblies as well as power supplies/computing subassemblies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs
- Resolve all technical issues and lead technical troubleshooting efforts while working with cross functional teams to meet deployment deadlines and production milestones
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), Electrical Engineering preferred, and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Experience with RF and microwave circuits and digital assemblies
- Experience with a variety of RF/MW test platforms, RF test methods, transceiver architectures, measurements with test equipment and statistical analysis
- Experience in the production test of RF/Microwave modules for complex electronics products

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
