Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-organizing, self-driving, and mission-aligned Technical Analyst to join our India Tech Center. You are motivated by impact and energized by our company mission, translating business objectives into robust technical solutions. In this role, you will analyze requirements, design data-driven insights, and support delivery teams across the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with product, engineering, QA, compliance, vendors, and operations to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, compliant, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
A strong orientation toward cloud engineering and DevOps—especially CI/CD automation using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and GitHub Actions—plus hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Robot Framework and Tosca is essential. Experience with applications governed by GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and/or GCP (Good Clinical Practice) is highly preferred.
AWS certification is required.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Collaborate with cross functional team to deliver final planned solution
- Product Management - To understand the pain/problems, use case and timeline to deliver the 'Custom of the shelf' product/solution.
- Vendor/Partner - To understand and document vendor product features/functionality, configuration skill, architecture, security, installation pre-requisites (AWS or on-prem) and application support
- Engineering Team - To build, review and approval of required architecture artifacts
- Quality Computer System Validation - To build and review required Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts for regulatory application (GLP or GCP)
- Business/End user - To support with User Acceptance testing and production support
- TOPS team - To build support contract and transfer application knowledge to TOPS team
- Technical Solutioning
- Participate in solution options, trade-offs, and feasibility with engineering teams
- Contribute to system design discussions, integration strategies, and API contracts
- Drive configuration, parameterization, and environment readiness for releases
- Technical point of contact for Vendor
- Engage with external vendors/partners to understand and document technical needs, integration requirements, and deployment prerequisites
- Review vendor architectures, security/compliance artifacts, data models, and API specifications; identify gaps and mitigation actions
- Coordinate technical due diligence, proof-of-concepts, and interoperability testing
- Deployment of vendor product on company environment and migration to higher environments (like SIT, UAT and Production)
- Cloud Engineering and DevOps (CI/CD)
- Design, build and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar) for build, test, security scans, and deployment on company’s AWS environment
- Design and build Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to acquire/provision/Pause/terminate AWS resources
- Automate configuration management and provisioning with Ansible playbooks and roles
- Implement guardrails branch protection, code review workflows, quality gates, and rollback strategies
- Collaborate with platform teams on standardized deployment patterns, secrets management, and approvals
- Design and Build (Custom components for integrations)
- Design, build, test and document custom script using Python, Java Script
- Integrate using REST API with any required upstream and downstream application(s)
- Test Automation and Quality Engineering
- Define development test strategy across unit, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end layers
- Collaborate with testing team or build and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework and Tosca
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD with reporting and quality gates
- Build documents/Artifacts driven by company policies
- Security Assessments

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
- Experience 3+ years in a Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst role within technology-driven environments
